About me
As a coach, I am dedicated to guiding people on their path to personal growth and development. I strongly believe in the power and importance of diversity and inclusion and strive to embody these values in my practice.
In my approach, I like to use humour, am curious and thought provoking. With a non-judgmental attitude and the belief that emotions transcend facts, I offer a space where my coachees can be exactly who they are with everything they bring to the table.
Over the past years, I have worked remotely during different periods with the Netherlands as my home base, and I am currently working fully location-independent. I love experiencing different cultures, discovering new places, and connecting with people.
In my free time I like to seek the feeling of freedom: in nature and in sport. I like almost all board sports. In winter? You’ll find me in the snow. Is there a lot of wind? Then you can be sure to find me on the water, with my kite high in the air.
Being in the moment and quickly adapting to the elements is essential here.
At the same time, I also enjoy slowing down and being present in the moment. Practicing mindfulness helps me with this.
Connecting, taking action and anticipating, and slowing down and reflecting: it all comes back to coaching. This variety and versatility make coaching enjoyable.
