Personal coaching programme

Achieve your goals with a bespoke program tailored to your needs.

Coaching is a process and personal development takes time and effort. If only we could do it in a day  😉 .
Therefore I offer a programme rather than individual sessions. In the programme, we create momentum for the steps you’ll take between sessions. My programme offers a framework for us to translate your insights into actions and behaviour and it gives you the time you need to make your change sustainable.

    FAQ

Coaching is present- and future-focused and helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be. A coach helps you clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for personal or professional growth. Coaching is action-oriented, based on self-reflection, accountability, and progress.

Therapy is past- and present-focused and deals with emotional healing, trauma, and psychological issues. A therapist helps you explore past experiences, patterns, and behaviors to better understand and manage emotions, relationships, and mental health. Therapy is often needed when someone experiences distress, anxiety, or depression that affects daily life.

Mentoring is about guidance from someone with experience in a specific field. A mentor shares knowledge, advice, and insights based on their own experiences to help someone navigate a career, industry, or life situation. Unlike coaching, mentoring is often more directive.

Coaching helps you gain clarity, confidence, and direction in different areas of your life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with a challenge, or looking for personal or professional growth, coaching provides structure and support to help you move forward.

Clarity & self-discovery – Understand your values, strengths, and what truly matters to you and why.
Goal-setting & action steps – Turn ideas and insights into concrete, achievable goals and actions.
Overcoming challenges – Identify obstacles (internal & external) and learn how to navigate them.
Mindset & confidence – Build resilience and ownership, reduce self-doubt and shift limiting beliefs.
Work-life balance & stress management – Find practical ways to create the life you want.
Accountability & motivation – Stay committed to your progress with support and encouragement.

I use a variety of methods to best suit your needs. These include the Progress Focused Approach (by Coert Visser), The 5 Critical Success Factors in Coaching (by Ger van Doorn and Marijke Lingsma) and Mindfulness (by well… The Buddha 😉).

Within these methods and approaches there are a variety of exercises that I use during sessions. I always connect to what suits you and your learning needs.

I have described the core of my approach in the C.O.N.N.E.C.T. approach. You can read more about this here.

My attitude as a coach is calm, supportive, approachable and non-judgmental. My own opinion does not influence what I say. I am curious, spontaneous and like to use humour. You and all that you bring are allowed to be as you are.

You are the expert in your own life and the owner of your own learning process. What works for one person, may not work well for you. Everyone is different and that is why I stay away from ready-made solutions and advice as much as possible. In the sessions I help you to find out what works best for you. In this way you will learn to deal with your own obstacles in the long term.

Of course, I won’t make you swim. I will not hold your hand along the way, but will walk with you at your pace, providing a framework and the guidance you need.

Yes, I offer a free and non-obligatory discovery call of +/- 30 min. In this call we get to know eachother, check whether your needs and expectations match my approach and not unimportantly: in which you can experience whether you have a click with me. Because without a ‘click’ there’s no coaching.

You are the owner of your learning process and we will tailor the programme to your needs. Therefore you decide the frequency of our sessions within the given time of the programme.
    Sessions last 1.5 hours.

I have a bachelor in Social Work and a post-bachelor in professional coaching.
